Current Status and Seed Round
We have hired our engineering and design team. We recently released a private alpha version of the service and gathered valuable feedback. We have attracted significant participation to both sides of our two-sided marketplace. We completed incorporation in March 2023.
SKP is currently accepting funds for a seed investment round of up to $3M in seed investment. This will support one and a half to two years of runway with the goal of taking the platform live and demonstrating growing participation and transaction volume. We’re seeking funds from institutions and qualified individual investors who share our passion for art and sense of mission.
